We've had a lovely womo dinner evening tonight. With our aperitif we were surprised with a tasty little tidbit from the chef. Then our first course which we shared was fresh, well seasoned and delicious. We asked for a wine recommendation to suit our entrees and were pleased with the crisp result. My asparagus was al dente and the salmon crispy outside and tender inside. The Sauerbraten was tender served with tasty sides. We finished with a shared desert and espresso. All in all a very pleasant evening with attentive service and all the extras.

Great restaurant with view to the lake. The food is extremely tasty and desserts are incredible, specially the one with marzipan.

Gewinner bei Mein Lokal dein Lokal. Heute getestet und mega begeistert. Soooo lecker, schönes Ambiente und super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Es ist auch möglich Glutenfrei zu essen. Mit Blick auf den See wenn man im Wintergarten sitzt, im Sommer wahrscheinlich schöner anzusehen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Dieses Restaurant begleitet mich schon mein ganzes Leben. Bereits als kleines Kind haben mich meine Großeltern regelmäßig hierher mitgenommen – es war das absolute Lieblingsrestaurant meiner Oma. Selbst das Beerdigungskaffeetrinken meiner Großeltern fand hier statt, was für mich bis heute eine tief emotionale Verbindung zu diesem Ort schafft. Seitdem ich denken kann, habe ich hier kein einziges Gericht gegessen, das mir nicht geschmeckt hat. Die Küche ist nicht nur konstant hervorragend, sondern auch flexibel – Sonderwünsche (sofern realisierbar) werden stets mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Besonders beeindruckend ist, dass selbst die Bedienungen über all die Jahre größtenteils dieselben geblieben sind. Man wird hier nicht nur bedient, sondern willkommen geheißen. Für mich ist Zum Blauen See nicht einfach nur ein Restaurant – es ist ein Stück Zuhause. Ein Ort voller Erinnerungen, Wärme und kulinarischer Freude. Danke für all die Jahre!
